100% focus on Restaurant Accounting – QSR and Fast Casual specialization from a staff that has hundreds of years of combined restaurant accounting experience.
Services Included = Approximately 40+ hours of Monthly Work – That’s a few dollars per hour for professional bookkeeping.
Timely Reporting – Monthly financials will be delivered on or before the 10th business day after the close of each month.
Benchmarking – Comparing your revenues and costs against similar businesses can point out opportunities to improve profitability.
Cash and Credit Card Deposit Verification – A weekly report provided with a detailed view of these transactions will quickly alert you to an error and/or identify any cash “walking out the door” that should have been deposited.
Monthly Bank Reconciliation – This is critical to ensuring your books are correct. Deposits and checks recorded in the books but never cleared will lead to over or under reporting of income which could cause an over or under payment of taxes.
Save on Tax Preparation – A clean and well-organized set of books will allow your CPA to file your taxes quickly, which provides you a significant cost savings.
Cash Flow – The restaurant business is seasonal, so, one must conserve cash for the low volume months during the high volume months. Having a clear picture of your books helps you understand the “peaks and valleys” of your business.
Accurate Reporting – Accrual Basis accounting gives you a better picture of your operating ratios like Cost of Goods Sold and Labor Cost as % of revenue.
Stop Scanning and Sending Documents – We will electronically import all documents from your accounts like utility vendors, food vendors, payroll, etc.
AP Aging Report – A weekly report showing you when invoices are due, which have been paid, and which haven’t.
Courtesy Reminders – Your accounting manager maintains a roster of your important due dates from which you will receive reminders. Stop paying penalties for missing important deadlines for taxes, certifications, licenses, etc.
